Weekend
The house can be rented on a weekend/weekly basis and offers affordable accommodations for up to three families in an relaxing environment. Shorter stays may be possible, please contact us to discuss availability. All rates are based on 6 people with additional people charged at $10pp/per night.

Weekend
Low Season - $545 (extra nights $100)
Mid Season - $645 (extra nights $100)
High Season - $745 (extra nights $100)

Weekly
Low Season - $1095 (extra nights $255)
Mid Season - $1,395 (extra nights $275)
High Season - $1,695 (extra nights $295)

Mid-week

Extras & Terms
All rates are based on occupation of up to six people with a small additional charge of $10 per adult per night for extra people to cover linen. A 20% deposit is required upon booking confirmation and available dates will only be held for 48hours until a deposit is received. Payment in full is to be received at least 14 days prior to the booking. A $50 fee is applicable in the event of lost keys.

Check-in & Check-out
These times are flexible so please let us know if you expect an earlier arrival or anticipate a later departure. Often there is no restriction on departure or arrival time unless it affects another booking so please check with us and maximise your stay!

WEEKLY RENTAL - Check-in is generally 5pm Friday and Check-out 12noon Friday (flexible).
WEEK-END RENTAL Check-in is generally 5pm Friday, check out 6pm Sunday (flexible).
